Is it guaranteed I can get a title?
If your vehicle is registered as JUNK or EXPORT with the State of Texas you will not be able to title your vehicle anymore. If there is a lien within the last 10 years you will need to get a release of lien from the lien holder or the bond will not be issued
Yes and No. We can do the full service for you if you are a resident of Hidalgo or Cameron county. We have licenes with the county to process paperwork on behalf of the client. IF you are from another county located in Texas we can only apply for the bonded title with the State of Texas, prepare all the documents, and mail them to you so you can present the paperwork at your county and get it done. We make the process as easy at it can be.
We take 10-15 business days if we are going to process the metal plates for you. If we are mailing you the documents we will have it all ready in 7 business days and will mail out with a tracking number. Bonds are issued instantly.
Unfortunately we donāt assist other states with title services. We are up to date with Texas auto title regulations and requirements. If you live in Texas but are out of state we can help you as long as you are a Texas resident.

If your title was originally a clean title then it will stay a clean title. A āBonded Titleā remark will be added to the title but that does not make it have any less value than a āregularā title. If your vehicle is salvage then you will be getting a rebuilt title which is no longer a clean title and can never be clean title again.
If you are from Hidalgo or Cameron county we will give you the metal plates and registration to your name in our office. The title is mailed to your address by the State in 3-4 weeks. If you are from another county in Texas then we will mail your the proper documentation and you will take that to your local tax office. The address listed on al your paperwork is where your title will be mailed to.
The state of Texas checks 10 years back from the date one applies for a bonded title. If WITHIN those 10 years there was ever a lien on one of those titles, the state will list that there was a lien within the last 10 years. It can be complicated to find a bonding company to issue a bond with a lien but itās not impossible.
